Class Booking
Because we are currently limiting our class sizes, we highly encourage you to book your class(es) in advance to ensure you secure a spot. You may book classes up to two weeks in advance of today. You may change or cancel your reservation up to 8 hours before class starts without penalty. Failure to cancel in a timely manner or to show up for a class you have booked has consequences. Scroll to the bottom of this page to log in and start booking your classes today.
Wait List
To activate wait list notifications and make real time updates please text "START" to 206-395-2698.
Wait listing simply means the class you want to attend is full but you are willing to take a spot should somebody cancel their reservation. By signing up on the wait list you are saying you will take the class if you get into it.
When a spot opens up you will receive a text notification letting you know a spot is now available - this is why turning on text notifications is important! You must confirm via text that you will take the spot or that you are passing the spot to the next person on the wait list.
We reserve the right to revoke wait list privileges if a student fails to respond and does not show up for a class they secured a spot for through the wait list. Real time waitlist confirmation is only available through text message.
Cancelation Policy
You must cancel online through your MBO account (the same way you registered for the class). No phone calls. No emails. No exceptions. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy but we do understand emergencies occur. This policy is in place to encourage you to make schedule changes in a timely manner so that other students have ample time to book the spot you are giving up. Last minute schedule changes prevent others from having the opportunity to sign up. It also holds you accountable for committing to your practice.
Canceling a class with more than 8 hours notice is perfectly acceptable and there is no penalty for this.
Canceling a class with less than 8 hours notice is considered a late-cancel and comes with a penalty. For unlimited members late-canceling, a $10 fee will be charged to your credit card on file. For 4-Class, 8-Class, or class pack members late-cancelling, a class will be deducted from your series or pack.
If you do not show up for a class that you have booked you will be charged a $25 no show fee. This applies to ALL students. 4-Class, 8-Class, and class pack members will also have a class deducted from their series or pack.
If you late cancel due to an emergency, illness, or other legitimate reason we need to be informed via email immediately (hello@maven-yoga.com) or your card will be charged. No phone calls. A valid reason must be given.
